Photoshop: Any way to create an auto style guide (color, font family and font size) from PSD files?

You can use "Create new library from a document" to auto generate those items: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/cc-libraries-in-photoshop.html

Yes! Use Creative Cloud Libraries!

You can add color swatches, layer styles, and font settings to a Creative Cloud Library and then share that library with your team...

Caveat emptor... you will have to manually apply those styles again if you update them. It's not like css where changes are propagated.
