Any script out there to "propogate to subsequent frames"?

When frames are loaded to the timeline to create a GIF, the layers panel features a button called "Propogate Frame 1" which propogates the position of the first frame to all of the subsequent frames. In my work, I need to constantly move the position of an overlayed object to match the motion of the underlying layer, so if the object is at x,y in frame one, in frame two it might go to x+1, Y+1, and in frame 3 it might need to go to X+4,Y+4. The trouble is everytime I move to the next frame, the object in that frame is back at its original position from Frame 1 and I have to repeat the movement steps of all of the previous frames (Frame 3 is really x+5, y+5) I'd like to find a script that Propogates current frame across all subsequent frames so I don't have to constantly repeat the movement of the previous frames, I'd just have to do the incremental movement thats needed to line up the object in that current frame.
Make sense? Basically, I need a "Propogate Subsequent Frames" that would sync up frames 2-10 whenI'm on the second frame, and then 3-10 when i'm on the 3rd etc.
Does a script for this exist or can CC2019 do this already?
