Elements: Old Folders won't go Away

Here is another strange problem. I restored a catalog from my old computer. I needed to move a few folders around (which I did in PSE10 Organizer). I deleted old folders from PSE10 that weren't in use anymore, but when I start the Organizer, it keeps showing folders that don't exist anymore with a few "ghost" thumbs that show no picture and have question on them indicating that the files aren't there anymore. No matter how many times I delete those files, new ones keep coming up each time I start PSE Organizer. Those folder don't exist on the computer. Any ideas? I tried Optimizing the catalog but it didn't solve the problem.

I had this same problem select the old folder in folder list then use shift and cursor key to select all images in the folder then hit the delete key you will get a dialog box that indicates the images will be deleted from the catalog make sure the box that says also delete from the disk is NOT checked and select OK. Once all the images are removed from the catalog the old folder will no longer appear in the Folders list.
