Lightroom Classic: Another sync issue

Hi,I have another sync issue:• I have removed all but ten images from “All synced photographs”(because if you un-sync in the collections, they stay there... bad design but that’s not the first flaw in sync)• However, they remain on mobile, on iPad and on iPhone.I’ve let them sync on both side and syncing is complete. I’ve rebooted all the apps several times.

HI,

Can you upload the catalog and sync.lrdata and diagnostic logs somewhere (using WeTransfer or Dropbox) so that we can debug the issue.

Hi ragrawl,

This morning, almost 24h later, it started to sync. Would the data still be useful? Or is it “normal” for the sync to take ages at server side?

Another question:
I unsynced all the pictures in the first place because LR used over 20Go on my iPad, despite having only synced images, nothing stored locally ad the coach purged. So I was wondering if those 20Go were the catalog and thumbnails, which oued seem quite a lot.

Now with everything gone, it’s still using over 20Go, so I wonder if it’s is “ok to delete” space or if there is going wrong?

Again: i’ve uploaded an album on my iPad, it has synced a couple of minutes and is shown on Lr web.
On Classic, nothing happens. I’ve rebooted LR, logged out... l nothing!

How could you sell something such unreliable and when will you fix it???
