Photoshop Touch like app, or tablet like app for smart phones?

I know Photoshop touch is quite extensive (as is all of adobes apps) but some artists are just looking for a simple way to translate their stylus stroke on a touch pad (android and iOS phones and tablets) to an actual stroke on their computer without their imprecision of mouse art.

Just a simple display of what layer (or overlapping layers) they are drawing on, and their stylus converting the strokes into graphics. All the tools, settings, brush, color, etc... can be defined by the computers syncing application(we all love java!) that could connect through direct IP, bluetooth, or wifi (assuming adobe wouldn't implement an always online mode).

Not many artists have the money to spend on expensive graphics tablets: just a simple, sell-able, thought.

Photoshop touch is an app for the iPad, and only costs US$ 9.99.

And an iPad is $500, unlike the touch pads many of us already own (referring to our smart phones). A huge neglected market of artists willing to spend $10 on an app that doesn't need to be as robust the current Photoshop touch, but just an input companion for Photoshop installed on their computer.

OK, you left out a lot in your initial description.
