Usually that means that some other app or utility you installed is using alt-click as a shortcut and intercepts the event before Photoshop can respond to it.

Would you have any idea I can check this and how I can put it right ?
The only programm turning is Firefox used for this message .

What other utilities are running? (not applications, but system level stuff like anti-virus and UI modifications)

Also, are you sure that you have all the Photoshop updates installed? (should be version 12.0.4 or 12.1)

Helo Chris,

You were right. I found a small application called WinMover. It helps to resize or move open windows. I just made an exclusion for Photoshop and evrery thing is working fine.
