Lightroom Classic 7.3.1: Alphabetise all develop preset folders

Can anyone advise if user generated Develop preset folders are sorted alphabetically in version 7.3.1? When I updated to 7.3, my preset folders sat below some random lightroom preset folders that I couldn't either delete or rename so that my preset folders sat on the top.

It's such a small thing, but having to scroll down all the time to find my presets affects my speed in editing a lot.

I went down to 7.2 - and don't want to update until this is fixed, have they fixed it in 7.3.1?

No, I and don't think they will fix it, because I understand it is by design. All the way at the top are your favorite presets. Then you have a group of Adobe presets, next a group of 'Classic' presets, and then your preset folders.
