When editing a form, would be able to resize it manually by directly changing the pixels in height and width. That is, allow you to type the desired number of pixels. This prevents fatigue on the wrist to achieve precise dimensions in the image / shape.

That doesn't quite make sense.

What are you trying to do that doesn't already allow you to enter a specific size?

Example: I want to edit the dimensions (height and width) by entering the dimensions of this shape manually. When you select the layer with the desired shape could exist in two bar changes the Height and Width fields to enter values with the desired dimension.
