LIGHTROOM SDK - Allow 'sync' and import plugins

According to the plugin SDK documentation, there are currently two modes for communicating with the outside world. These are:

- Export (one time push of data to the outside world, similar to an email)
- Publish (ongoing 'sync' of limited data with the outside world)

The problem is that the Publish functionality doesn't allow (for example), retrieving new photos and regular (not plugin specific) metadata and bringing it into the catalogue. This means that for example, a Dropbox plugin is completely out of the question.

I'd very much like full write access to the Lightroom catalogue in plugins.

The way I see this working is:

- Add an 'Import' API, allowing plugin developers to write new sources for imports, just as you would select an SD card or folder, you can now select a Dropbox folder or Facebook album.
- Add a 'Sync' API, where you can specify the settings with which new photos are imported (using the new import API) and exported.

The use cases here are:
- Shared catalogue on a network
- Editing a catalogue from another device
- Sharing catalogues for team work
- Possible backup strategy
- Syncing face tags from Facebook to your catalogue

Extra features that would be extremely useful:
- Allow syncing only Smart Previews and metadata (without the original), for editing a catalogue at home while you're on the go (with another computer)
