Post Crop Vignetting is a very handy tool, but I often find that (depending on the image composition) I would really like to be able to drag the "centre" of the vignette to a different location in the image to put the emphasis other than on dead centre.

Can you consider adding this as a feature please?

(No sniggering at the graphics please!)

You cannot accomplish this with a Radial Filter? What would this give you that the Radial Filter would not?

Hi Rikk
To some degree you can, but two thing strike me about that method:

Its not the same set of controls as the PCV is so it does "feel" different and causes users to have to mentally "toggle" back & forth between the two approaches which is perhaps not ideal and can lead to inconsistencies.

If Radial filter were the solution to creating vignettes why have a PCV function at all? Why "duplicate" the function?

I presume its at least partly for speed and simplicity and that is why I am suggestion it here too.

thanks.

The PCV comes first and people realized its limitation as you mentioned. The Radial filter is offered as a more general purpose tool.
