Lightroom: Allow new collection sets to contain multiple default smart collections

I use collection sets to organize my photography into groups of subjects, then dates and then the smart collections that are essentially filters of the previously honed photos.

e.g., Weddings > 20160808 Erin & Greg > picked

This allows me to use 'all', 'culling', 'picked', 'rejected', 'stars 3-5', 'w/o adjustments', and then add more as I please.

With this bug requiring me to move the viewport on every operation for collection sets, I figured it would be a fantastic timesaver if I could create a collection set with a default set of smart collections.

This means when I add a wedding with the smart collection of "all" using the filter 'Folder' > 'contains' > '20160808', the following smart collections are also created using the source folder as a base,

culling (base source + pick flag is unflagged + rating is less than 1)
picked (base source + pick flag is flagged)
rejected (base source + pick flag is rejected)
stars 3-5 (base source + rating is in the range 3 and 5)
w/o adjustments (base source + has adjustments is false)

This would allow me to create new collection sets with default smart collections very quickly, something I almost do daily.

This would allow me to improve speed of workflow with default set of smart collections within a collection set using the "source" as a base and each smart collection adding a unique filter for each of their purposes.

It could obviously be extended to other photographers who do landscapes, portraits, sports, etc. and work within their workflow, not just mine.
