Lightroom Mobile: Allow importing duplicates

Hi team,

I am a photographer using Lightroom (mobile) extensively on my iPad Pro.
A key feature I rely on on the desktop version is to be able to import duplicates of my photos or to duplicate them in the application itself to be able to do multiple different edits to the same photo.
Apologies if I am missing something obvious, but as far as I can tell, there is no way to do this on Lightroom mobile? It simply gives me the error saying “Skipped duplicate”.
A workaround such as copying and editing a JPEG version of the image simply does not work for my workflow.

Could someone please look into this or provide other workaround?

Kind regards, Alex

Hi Alex,
yes, that is the current functionality. Please see this link, there is a workaround mentioned.

But I would like to have a real functionality and not a workaround. Adobe please add a duplicate picture menu.
