Allow Exporting Photos w/ More Options

Do you use Lightroom CC? Not Lightroom classic CC. Lightroom CC has no quality selections.

From the testing that I've done, comparing exports from LRCC with exports of the same file from LR Classic, it would seem that LRCC's default "full size" export quality is set around 90. If you read that article that Andrew Rodney linked to, you'll see that 90 is more than adequate.

Don't be distracted by the difference in file size between the original raw and the exported Jpeg. The jpeg file type is compressed, and the affect of that compression on the output file size will vary from file to file depending on factors such as the amount of fine details in the image. Also bear in mind that if you have cropped the image in LRCC that will also have an affect on the size of the resulting jpeg.

As an example, I just exported a 30mp raw file (file size 35MB), uncropped, from both LRCC and LR Classic. In Classic, I set the quality slider at 80 (again, more than adequate), and the size of the resulting jpeg is 8.7MB. The exported jpeg from LRCC is 13MB, because the default quality is higher.
