Photoshop: Can't install my CS4 upgrade on MacOS 10.7

I see that you recommend upgrading to CS5 from CS2... I had already upgraded to CS4 from my full version of CS2, and the CS4 upgrade will not run because it's original base version was CS2... So pretty much anyone who has been a loyal user of photoshop since before CS3, and who have upgraded from older versions, cannot use their CS3 or higher with Lion because it doesn't work??? I do not want to have to buy a new full version of photoshop. Won't do it.

If you purchased Photoshop CS4 from Adobe, you can log into Adobe.com using your Adobe ID to download it again.

You do not need to install your previous product (CS2) in order install and activate an upgrade version of Photoshop. You just need to enter your previous product's serial number during the installation/activation process.
