I had Photshop Elements installed on my laptop and had used it to set up 3 or 4 albums. Unfortunately my laptop was stolen and it took me a while to get organised with photoshop again so I haven't logged in for more than a year. Now when I do it seems all my albums have disappeared. I've got a copy of the links I sent to people inviting them to view each album at the time they were set up, but those no longer work.

Is there any way I can get the albums back because they are the only copies I have of those photos - my originals were saved on the stolen laptop.

If you log into Photoshop.com, rather than trying to use the share links, do you still see your images and/or albums?

The loss of your laptop should not equal the loss of your online images, unless the person who stole it managed to log into your account and delete them.

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately it would appear that I am an idiot as it turns out my albums were stored with photoshopshowcase.com not photoshop.com.

Appreciate the response though, and am happy to have found my photos.

Old School! PhotoshopShowCase.com was the precursor to Photoshop.com. It was actually hosted by another service (dotphoto). But we decided to move to an internal service. I'm glad you've gotten it straightened out.
