Photoshop: Help aligning my text

i am typing in a text box and am trying to align the text up so it is a block at each side, the only options are for right aligning, centering and left aligning the text. help please

Take a closer look at the paragraph panel (> Window > Paragraph)

She stated her justification options aren't available.
They're ghosted because she's using point text instead of paragraph text, as you can see here:

Type > Convert to Paragraph Text

Once you do, you'll have access to justification alignment.
Though I normally wouldn't suggest Distributed Justification (or Justify All) - it usually makes the last line look incredibly awkward. Go for "Justify Last Left".

When creating a new text layer, you can drag a box with the Type Tool, and make paragraph text right off the bat. But if you simply click, with the Type Tool, you'll create point text which can't be justified.
