Album Settings missing

In the LR CC for web version I have access to the album settings which contain the General | Share | Slideshow | Delete tabs where I can make a web gallery public and downloadable. In the stand alone version of LR CC I can not find these album settings anywhere. 

Is this a bug or is this by design?
If it is by design, why is that?

Some of the sharing settings are only currently available in the web interface, but I'll switch this to a feature request.
