AI-generated keywords and AI learning

Mods should feel free to move this to idea if appropriate:

I love the idea of auto-generated keywords, but my playing around so far is showing that the system is (unsurprisingly) not incredibly accurate at the moment.

Example: I just searched my ~25K image library for "airport." The search returned 44 results. Here's the breakdown of the issues:

  • Given my recollection of what's in the library, 44 results feels low, even if most were accurate. (They're not, which I'll get to in a minute.)
  • The results are not well-sorted, with images taken within seconds of each other separated by other results taken at very different times and in very different places.
  • The results make poor use of geotagging. An image taken at London Waterloo (a train station) is probably not an airport image. The AI is clearly not aware of this.
  • The accuracy is not only poor, but the results are unpredictable. In the case of several of the incorrect results returned, the AI did not also return neighboring images that were very similar to ones selected.
Here's the breakdown of the results:
  • 5 of 44 are images taken at an airport.
  • 2  are images of aircraft in flight. (There are many more aircraft images that were not selected by the AI.)
  • 1 is aerial photography, shot through an aircraft window. (Again, many other similar images were not selected by the AI.)
  • 9 are pictures of train stations. Were it not for the geotagging, a handful of these are understandable picks due to destination signs, gates, etc.
  • The rest appear random. I've got pictures of my wife finishing a race, a Viking museum in Oslo, a riot in Paris, a guy sitting in a deck chair on a boat, etc.
Is there a way to mark bad results for the AI? Or are we going to be forced to wait until it learns stuff on its own? A system similar to the "is this ____" used in the old faces tagging might be very helpful.

the system is pretty stupid. I have 150 000 pics in my catalogue - which I can't import unless I take a risk of lossing my previous LR-Version. I typed in "ballett" which I use as one key slugword as part of my stage-photography. LR New didn't find a single picture even though there must be thousands
