Photoshop CS6: crashes in ahclient.dll

Ever since I started doing 3d, "since cs6 release." I've had random, not frequent crashes in 3d.

According the windows 7s and now 8's reliability monitor it is caused by a file named "ahclient.dll. According to the web it is an adobe help file. Has anyone experienced this. tia

I've seen this occure in a few of Corey barkers 3d tutorials and just wondered if adobe intends to do anything about it
BTW am now running CC
system specs:
hp 1080t CTO
12g sys ram
3g GeForce 545 video card
3.2g 6 core intel I7
1.5 tb 7200 Seagate drive

Thanks. If its crashing in 3d it's likely the driver. Looking at your system info the driver you have is old (there's a newer one from late September). I would try updating the driver directly from the nVidia site:
