After Update Lightroom CC doesn't show any photos and is Endlessly SYNCING

My Lightroom is stuck and doesn't sync anything from the cloud since yesterday (24 h now ), I tried all of the named below but nothing worked:1. deleting and installing the Adobe Creative Cloud App again 2. putting on grid view and clicking on the cloud sign 3. Going a version back of Lightroom and updating it again
My cloud storage isn't full and my mobile App works fine.I am working on a IOS system. I REALLY NEED HELP.

Your local cache of the database appears to be corrupted. Was your account full synced before you got this message? If so:

  1. Quit Lightroom
  2. Use Finder to go to /Users/lifeofsusieq/Pictures/
  3. Right-click on Lightroom Library.lrlibrary and choose Show Package Contents
  4. Look inside a folder with a string of long numbers like f2fdc91be7e74d8ebec6b5886319079d
  5. Rename Managed Catalog.mcat to Managed Catalog.old
  6. Restart Lightroom and let it sync from the cloud

If you weren't completely synced, you may have to repeat recent edits and reimport recently imported files, but hopefully you won't be missing anything as it wasn't working to let you do anything.
