When in the develope mode with two images on display, original and altered for comparison, and then selecting the next image the program blanks and fails to respond. Its also slow when changing modules and has failed to respond when simply changing modules.

I have removed the program and tried reinstalling but the problem remains.

Problem coincides with the installation of window 10.

I would suspect its a bad video driver. Do you have an AMD card? If so, see this: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/...

Otherwise, update your video drivers. Determine what video card you have and go *directly to the manufacturers website* and download the latest driver.

Just doing Windows Update won’t give you the latest and greatest drivers. You must go directly to your card manufacturers website to check for driver updates.

If that doesn’t solve it, go to the Preferences in Lightroom and uncheck “Use Graphics Processor” under the Performance tab and restart Lightroom: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/...

If you can’t uncheck “Use Graphics Processor” manually disable it using this method: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/...
