The white areas in a pano (created in LR6) can not be filled by the crop tool. That would be really helpful in the following scenario.

If i purposefully crop panos sometimes to wide to keep more area of the picture. Then i would like to fill the white areas by using the clone tool. However, the clone tool does not let me fill the white areas. It would be great if that is possible.

Now i need to export the dng file (with all its edits) as a tiff and import it back. That's not very userfriendly. Futhermore, i loose visibility in the tiff of the edits on the dng file when i start exporting.

By the way. much praise for the pano tool itself. The stitching is supurb!
