Photoshop CC 2019: Advanced blending options buggy with new compositing engine

Another weird, but reproduceable bug with the new compositing engine in Photoshop CC 2019 has shown up. If a layer has "Blend Interior Effects as Group" enabled and "Blend Clipped Layers as Group" disabled and has a layer above it as a clipping mask, then the layer directly above that one that isn't part of the clipping mask will disappear and visually erase any layers above that one due to the bug.

It's kind of complicated to explain, so I prepared a sample file that demonstrates this bug. Moving the blue rectangle will cause the black rectangle to disappear where it was dragged. The red rectangle has the advanced blending options and the white rectangle is required for this bug to occur.

It recently got in the way of a project, but the workaround of enabling the legacy compositing engine still works.
