Cannot view videos on AdobeTV

I have all system requirements and the latest version of Flash Player and yet AdobeTV videos are the ONLY videos that I cannot view. When I choose a video all I get is the big black box and no choice to run the video. I have Photoshop & Premier and have no problems running them.
