Hi I am having problems getting adobe tv for tutorials for Elements 10. The problem appears to be flash related, I'm using a mac book pro and OS Lion. If I choose a tutorial the video is just a blank white screen. My flash player is the latest, I have tried quite a few suggestions relating to security settings but no success, all other flash video seems fine, U tube etc. Any Ideas would be great.
Cheers

Hi, Kenneth. I removed the duplicate thread.

I would try to remove the cookies/saved files in Safari, but also in the flash player, and try again. http://www.macromedia.com/support/doc...

Some fake they are using an iOS device to alleviate running flash, and use the html5 player: http://hints.macworld.com/article.php...

Hi PECourtejoie
Thanks for the answer, that seems to have sorted things out, I did once have a similar problem on the Nikon web site but they are using html 5 now as far as I understand. It would be interesting to know why there was only an issue with adobe tv?
Cheers Ken

Hello! Glad it worked!
Which one of the fixes worked?
They might have gremlins... :) I don't know what is different from other sites, just reported possible fixes...

Hi part two using the develop tab and selecting iOS as suggested, I had previously tried allowing cookies and pop ups and deleting files, I hadn't deleted flash files though, but have the setting set not to store anything on my computer. I did try allowing storage made no difference.
