Adobe Product Improvement Program not working in menu for v13.0 of Photoshop CS6

There is an option in the Help menu for Adobe Photoshop CS6 and CS6 x64 for an Adobe Product Improvement Program but it does not load a website or an interface. I am posting ideas and problems on this website, but it took some digging to find where to go and I am not sure if this is tied to your product improvement program or not.

Just letting you know that the menu option does not work yet in v13.0, and I tested it in both the x32 and x64 versions.

Sorry about that.

Check something for me: go to Help -> System Info and see if it says you had a GPU Sniffer crash (which would also mean that your GPU features are disabled).
If so, that would mean we had to disable PIP to prevent further crashes (because of problems in PIP code).

Just opening the program does it by default as soon as you open the system info: The GPU Sniffer crashed on 7/6/2012 at 8:45:00 PM

Hope my sniffer doesn't keep crashing...

It is crashing because of bugs in your video card driver. You need to update your video card driver from the GPU maker's website.
