Adobe Premiere Elements 12.1 No Disk Error Message
I recently purchased a Dell XPS 8700 with Windows 7 Home Premium OS, and Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Elements. Whenever I start or exit the application, as well as numerous times during execution, I get an error "There is no disk in the drive..." I have updated the application software as well as MS Windows software. There are several threads about this problem on your Forum, but I did not see a solution that worked (including uninstalling, cleaning the registry, and reinstalling). I suspect this is a bug in the application software.
