...Not that your troubles aren't important to us. If it's not too late, let me suggest some troubleshooting tips. It sounds like either the Adobe AIR runtime or your cache for Photoshop Express may have become corrupt.
1) un-installing AIR
2) delete your AIR app cache for Photoshop.com
3) re-installing AIR from http://get.adobe.com/air/
