Photoshop .com Adobe Plug-In Up loader is always crashing , it cannot handle 88 images on an i7 64 bit Quad Core computer which is designed for Premiere Pro CS5

The answers on your web page are useless, the Plug In crashes cannot handle the work load ?

Hi Bob, sorry for the lag here. These forums pages are often patrolled by engineering team members, and we've been heads down this last week on urgent matters.

...Not that your troubles aren't important to us. If it's not too late, let me suggest some troubleshooting tips. It sounds like either the Adobe AIR runtime or your cache for Photoshop Express may have become corrupt.

Please try:
1) un-installing AIR
2) delete your AIR app cache for
3) re-installing AIR from
