Elements 12: Problem with serial number redemption code process

Just bought adobe photoshop elements 12 & adobe premiere elements 12 at best buy yesterday. Inside the box was a 24 character "redemption code". When I enter it at https://redeem.licenses.adobe.com/get... I get "The code you entered is invalid. Please try again.". Spare me the o vs 0 crap. Uppercase and lowercase ! I'm not dyslexic.
The booklet also states. If you bought the product from best buy use the redemption code on the back of the box ((19 characters) same code is on the receipt ) and go to adobe.com/go/learn_findserialnumber_en . Takes you back to the page that ask for a 24 character code.
No numbers under the sticker,no number on the disc sleeve .
An there have been no emails with numbers or links .
Is there a secret best buy page ?

Hello,
I am also experiencing the same issue. I have purchased the adobe element 12 from best buy and attempted to retrieve the serail number from the adobe website. I have the same problem. the redemtion code is invalid. I went to get assistance from the adobe website, and there is no real contact from adobe where I can get help.
Did you resolve your issue yet?

I too am experiencing this problem. This is very frustrating! I am putting in
the redemption code to retrieve the serial number and have put it in soooo
many times. I thought possibly it was upper/lower case problems with 0 or
O, but have tried everything. I am going to take it back to Best Buy!!!

I too have experienced this problem. I can't remember if I bought this program from Office Max or Staples. The location of the purchase should not make any difference. I bought and paid for this program. No customer should be put through the ridiculous set of steps to get a serial number that is consistently rejected and does not work. This kind of customer abuse NEEDS TO STOP.

Same story as above.

Sandeep, instead of having people email you what you are asking, why don't you go over at Best Buy or get one of the product and check it out yourself so you know what customers are experiencing. It is not even funny for you to just request a snapshot and hope that it gets resolve. It might for some that bothered to research online (do we need to?) but what about other customers that don't know what to do.

He asked for the redemption code to check for problems with the codes and verify the customer info. It is not a matter of "run out and buy it yourself" - it is specific cases that need to be addressed one at a time to determine what went wrong.

Oh, and we do test the codes ourselves, constantly.

Chris, the problem is you will be getting the same frustration from other people if you do not get out of there, over and over again, and yanked out the products that do not have the 24 digit alphanumeric redemption code.

You say, you test your codes constantly, why is it that people are getting less than the 24 digits alphanumeric-which is the cause of all of this.

Chris, Went over and chat with Gurmeet Singh since you guys do not provide a phone number for customers to raise an issue. Gurmeet says he will escalate the issue to Higher Dept presumably due to QA/QC. If you test your codes constantly, why is this happening?. Can you please listen and read through the forum and note that posters are experiencing the same issue. It is not an specific issue, it is an issue with Adobe's QA/QC and customers are getting the bad part of it.
