Adobe Photoshop CC has encountered a problem and must close

When I start Photoshop, I get the message that "Adobe Photoshop has encountered a problem and needs to close", and then the program closes without letting me do anything.

What is the problem?? During the installation I haven't had any problem, and other Adobe programs work perfectly. I have tried to delete and reinstall the program several times, but it doesn't work. My OS is Windows 8.

Thanks.

OK, so it crashed.

Check the windows system event viewer for the details of the crash.
Note the name of the faulting module. Most often, it will be your video card driver - which usually just needs to be updated from the GPU maker's website.

No windows system event viewer appears, only the message that says Photoshop is closing and nothing more...
There is no problem with my video card driver, I have just updated it and occurs the same thing... I don't know which is the problem...
Thanks in advance for your help

The event viewer does not come up automatically. So I asked you to go check the event viewer to get the details of the crash.

Same problem here. No indication of what the problem may be. I have Photoshop release 2014 running on Windows 8.

As I already said, we need the details from the event viewer. But the most common cause is bugs in video card drivers that haven't been updated.
