When will one be able to buy LR5 in the Adobe Online Shop?
It seems to be broken, whenever I click on "Checkout", it says that a system error occured.
Also, I opened a ticket at adobe homepage, which was a complete waste of time.

I can't buy LR 5 either. Click on "Checkout" and nothing happens. It has been this way for 3 days.

If you are using IE look in the address bar. There is a circle with a line through it.(Like a "no parking" sign). Click this.Click "Turn off tracking protection". This worked for me.

If using IE10, then you can run it in compatibility mode, or try another browser to see if that will help out.
Let us know if that helps.

The Problem has nothing to do with the browser, the fault lies in the web shop.

I suspect it has to do with the selected currency (for example, in Switzerland I use the swiss shop with CHF) related to the Country where the account was originally created (in my case Germany). A related issue is the customers cannot update their address correctly after they move. This would be a Major flaw in Software design - Adobe could consider Outsourcing the webshop for example, if no skilled developers are available.

I reported this to the Adobe ticketing System, who have done nothing for weeks but suggest customers should use the phone line instead of the web shop. Seems like Adobe is not very eager to earn Money.
