Adobe LightRoom and Premier problems

I had several problems with lightroom3 and premier. I dont know where to report these problesm since adobe do not have easy system to report such issues nor they have any automatic system to provide a solution on any software related issues. The said program never worked on my windows 7 64 bit Dell Inspiron 2305. It is not clear whether this is the Dell 2305 problem (because this is the wost model I everseen with Dell) or Windows 7, 64 bit problem or itself Adobe problem. My computer is pretty brand new with 700 GB HDD, no viruses (Mcafee interne security). 500 GB free space in HDD. Adobe is sending email to buy but never sent email to know software feedback. I had no time to spend my time on such thing but they are keep sending me email and finally I am writing this. I will suggest to go ebay, there are too many small programs available (in $4-5 or free from download.com) and which I found several time better than Adobe.

What kinds of problems did you experience?. Premiere Elements does conflict with the real-time scanning functionality of the McAfee anti-virus software. I'm not sure if that's related to what you're describing or not. Did you try contacting our technical support for help? 800-833-6687 Monday-Friday, 5am-7pm PST.
