Premiere ELements ignores the command to store imported media on specific Hard Drive.

When I open a new project and drect Adobe Premiere Elements to save the media to a certain drive, Adobe also saves all the media in 'C' drve under ADOBE . This clogs up my SSD 'C' drive. I can safely delete the files only AFTER I've completed the project.
