Photoshop CS6: Adobe Help returning Errors and Locking Up Photoshop (Win)

Adobe Photoshop has a really bad habit of, mostly at random, opening up Adobe Help. The hilariousness ensues when Adobe Help then locks up my program and I have to force quit. I receive two error messages, one labeled (7), the other (-6). I don't know what either of these mean, so I can't elaborate further. What I do know is that they flip out my program and I end up having to force quit.

Speaking frankly? The awkward 'double clicking sometimes causes a big Surprise!' functionality is extremely frustrating and buggy and either needs some love for better usability or should hit the highway.

But hey, that's the opinion of just one very frustrated user.

Oh, sorry about that, I should've mentioned! Completely blanked.

I'm working on Windows 7 with Photoshop CS6. Please let me know if there's other information that you need :)!
