Do you mean the Photoshop Express online tools, like the online Organizer at http://www.photoshop.com/tools/organizer ?

Do you have the current Flash player installed? Have you tried clearing your web browser and Flash cache? Does another browser work OK?

First, clear your browser's temporary internet files (aka "cache:).

Go here to download and install the latest Flash plugin: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ (the Mcafee Security Scan app that's offered is optional).

After updating Flash, go to this page, and after finding static.photoshop.com in the list, delete it. Or "Delete all sites," if you like. Do not worry, this info gets rebuilt easily. Here's the page you want:http://www.macromedia.com/support/doc...
