Bridge CS5 crashes every time I try to move photos from one folder to another on Win 7

No matter the situation Bridge crashes after producing error screen anytime I try to move files from one folder to another .

Which OS version?
What does the crash report say?

Error Message:
Adobe Bridge CS5 has stopped working.

It would help to get the detailed crash report from the system logs -- especially the name of the faulting module.

My computer seems to be producing multiple error reports for the same problem. The Fault Module Name: StackHash_0a9e seems to be the most common.They are as follows:

Have you reset preferences and the cache by pressing shift+ctrl+alt immediately after opening Bridge?
