Hello,
This is the first time and my English is very bad. I from Belgium.
I know this is not the right way but I can’t find any solution form my problem. In FAQ I can’t find anything.
Since more than a week Adobe Application Manager doesn’t work anymore.

I receive a message that there are 4 new updates
for Photoshop CS6 but I can’t install them. Via “Help” > “Updates” within CS6 the same error.
What can I do to make it working please?

Can I as subscriber use the link ( that I receive via e-mail to install CS6) to install CS6 again after uninstall?
What is the correct way to uninstall CS6 please?

I'd try installing the latest version of Adobe Application Manager to see if that repairs it: http://www.adobe.com/support/download...

Hi,
Thanks for an answer.
I have a subscription for one year to may using only Photoshop CS6.
My version for the moment of CS6 is 13.1.1

But I'm not sure that I, as a subscriber, may use the download in your link.
Perhaps CS6 is definitiv not working anymore at all.
Greetings from Belgium

One other thought is to try running Photoshop and Adobe Application Manager from a new Admin user account and/or running in Safemode: http://bit.ly/Troubleshoot_PS

Thanks again.
I'm the one and only user of the pc. It's a HP Pavilion with Windows 8 64 bits, brand new from 12/12/2012.

Tomorrow I gona try the Safemode if this is possible on Windows 8.
I let you know if it has working.
Greetings.

HI Alain,

If all else fails, try uninstalling all CS6 apps from Programs and Features and then running the Cleaner Tool removing either using the CS6 Applications or Creative Cloud selections depending on which you have and then reinstalling.

Here is the link to the cleaner tool too

Hi, I'm back but no solution for my problem.

Yesterday evening I have searching after the safe mode in Windows 8. Not easy to find it but i find it.
This morning I started the pc in safe mode with Boot options: Safe boot Minimal.
This works but no updates because I haven't a network connection.
So I try again, now with Safe boot Network.
But again no updates because Adobe Appliction Manager doesn't works. He starts up but directly there is a message that the programm is not working.

I don't know if I can reinstall CS6 because I have an one year subscription for using this programm. After the subscription on the site of Adobe, I receive via e-mail a link to download and install CS6.
I have only Photoshop CS6, no Cloud, no Creative Suite or something else.
Just Photoshop CS6.

I have seen in your link that the Cleaner tool is using for Adobe Creative Suite.
So, for the moment I don't know what to do.

Greetings and many thanks for your answers.
