Does Adobe plan to provide an Adobe Slate version for a Windows PC or Mac?

Adobe doesn't normally announce plans for future support in advance. If use on a Mac or PC is a functionality you need, consider adding your voice to a feature request here, or create one if it doesn't already exist.

Yes Slate for MAC would be a great time saver and easier to design with

my students use it with windows 10, and would be better if Slate had a "memory usage" widget in it so as not to tax the servers too much!

I saw Adobe Slate on my friend's iPad and I would love to use it on my Mac. When will a Mac version be available?

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled SLATE iPad app only? Will there be a MacOS desktop version?.

It looks like there is only an iPad version. I have tons of pictures on my iMac. Will there be eventually a Mac version?

I'll add my voice....make a Mac/PC desktop app for Voice and Slate. This is especially true for Slate since the produce product is basically a specialized web page.....we need to be able to add text. Using a tablet keyboard or on screen keyboard is poor in a tablet IMO.

Or just make a web app for Voice and Slate similar to MS Sway.

Yes I can use Premiere or Muse but that is way overkill and too time consuming for the small level template driven project produced by slate and voice.

I only use a normal PC plus I have a small netbook. No IPad or other mobile device for working on photos. Can I use Slate and/or Voice on my PC if I subscribe to CC Lightroom/PS?

Adding my voice to the request for Voice and Slate for Windows. This would be great for my Surface Pro 3 and cloud storage.

Excellent! Typing is cumbersome on a tablet....much prefer the web version for Slate development over using a tablet.

Now do the same for Slate...or a PC desktop version and I will be ecstatic!

Either way, good job Adobe...you listened to the users. I appreciate that!
