I am editing photos using Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 Organizer. I can quickly edit one picture after another until the system hangs up on a picture or two or three. A paintbrush will remain in the right hand corner of the picture. I have been unable to go back to edit by going out of the program and back into it. This seems like a bug to me but I am not a professional. Please help?
