Adobe Photoshop cs6: A serious error has been detected

Hello!
When i start Adobe Photoshop i receive the error message "A serious error has been detected Please reinstall the application and try again."

I have reinstall but still getting this error! How to make photoshop repair?

Make sure you have  done a complete uninstall, otherwise you will continue to receive that error, Try going to system tools.>Program features>add and remove programs> remove all reference to PS there  If you are comfortable you can also go to>Start>  Regedit and search for all references to Adobe PS and remove same. the reinstall PS. make sure you  deactivate your PS program first..under  Help

Usually works try contacting Adobe CHAT they have a place where they have a complete software removal tool you can try.  Sorry

Are you installing using an installer from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/cs6-product-downloads.html or from a torrent?

Hi,
Try these steps: Select Start - Select Run - Select Start-Select Start - Enter Services.msc - Select OK - Double click FLEXNet Licensing Service - Change the Starup type: to "Manual" 
If it useless try this app Photoshop Repair Toolbox https://www.repairtoolbox.com/photoshoprepair.html
It restores psd files for graphics editor Adobe Photoshop.
