Photoshop CC 2019: Stopped working after windows update.

My photoshop CC 2019 worked fine until my last windows update. Everytime I try to boot the app he loading screen crash and error message "Could not initialize Photoshop because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered. I uninstalled and re-installed, rebooted. Same error when I boot.

Suspect your Win10 upgrade was corrupted. Recommend a chat with MS support or a (ugh) re-install. There's also the possibility that the MS Key used to verify your OS needs renewing.
