Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 is making me log into Abobe.com

Why is it that while I am using Adobe Lightroom Classic (or whatever it is called this week), when I try to launch Photoshop CC 2019 (20.0.5), which I use all the time, all of a sudden out of the blue, I get this pop up window making me log into Adobe- I should not have to log into Adobe to use software I am paying for every month. I am not going onto forums (although I sure am now), or downloading software. Even when I do login in to post on the Adobe forums can be done with a click or to, with no need to find actual password. All this verification should happen behind the scenes without me having to hunt for my password/log in, just to be able to do my work. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable.

"I should not have to log into Adobe to use software I am paying for every month. " Your montly subscription is through Adobe, so yes you do need to log into your Adobe account to check that the subscription is current.

No, I have been renting my software for a few years, and verification always happens behind the scenes, so I do not have to log in when I launch an application. And, I was already running LR, with manual no log in, so why would I have to log in for Photoshop? If I had to enter email & password every time I launched an Adobe program, I would scream!

My issue is not that we need to do so on occasion, but CC drops out every few hours and wants me to sign in multiple times a day. I have update CC desktop to no avail. PITA.
