Adobe Photoshop CC2015

While I was working with adobe Photoshop I need to convertmp4 file(short clip) to GIF from photoshop. Since, they were 10 in numbers so Ijust opened them all and wanted to convert in one go

So I decided to record an action and hopping to convert allthe files with the help of ‘Actions’.

Then I pressed alt+shift+ctr+s(save for web(legacy).  And set Looping Options: as ‘forever’ then save it to myfolder.

And then close So the action was recorded and I played the action on allthe remaining (mp3) file. It saved all my files in gif format and at once itseems to me ok but when I played the gif file it was not looping forever. Allplayed at once only, except the file on which I recorded the action that particularfile is playing forever.

I was expecting all files should play forever looping becauseaction was recorded and same was applied to all. Is this a bug or anyintentional functionality? Please clearify. I am hoping the best from ‘adobe’

Can you install Photoshop CC 2018 (19.1.2) from your Creative Cloud desktop app and try with the latest version. An issue with the looping setting was recently fixed and wondering whether it corrects this problem for you.
