In Phototoshop CC there is short cut to export images by rightclick on layer (Export As).
But we cant export image with our given background color, it takes white background by default for each image.

Where do you set the background color? Exporting a layer as JPG will have a default background color of white - you can't pick it in Export as...
If you have an another layer for the background, may I suggest you a solution. Put those layers (two or more) into a group and export the group as a JPG.

To create a group, select both layers and click the folder icon in Layers panel. Rename the group and Export as. Now you'll have the selected background for the image.

Hope this helps.

Thank you very much!!! It works...

But only for individual images.
If I wish to export multiple images with grey or any background color then it will not work.

But Thank you for your suggestion its  great!!!

You would like to export them from a single PSD file? There is no quick solution, at least what I know of. You might be to able make something with actions, but it's just a wild guess.

For different background colors I'd use a solid color adjustment layer as a background in the layer group and duplicate the group. Then edit the adj. layer color for different bg versions and select and export all layer groups.
