Adobe Photoshop Action Features for Future Versions

Let me paint you a scenario. So you're trying to print images to animate a postcard, so you think eh, no biggie, i'll take 400 shots in sequential order, then i'll place all 400 in a batch process using a custom action to get them into a 5x7 postcard template in order to then submit my work to a company but guess what?

Actions doesn't record 'Transform', or 'Move' when you're doing them so the end result? You're left with 400 photos that aren't going to be opened, placed, scaled to right size (transform) and then saved in the destination folder. So while i'm making this custom action, I can see both Transform and Move 'Recorded' but when I actually try to execute it, selecting the folder where the images are at, making sure the proper flags are checked, and then making sure the destination is checked correctly along with the save as flag being checked; I get nothing.

It would be nice if such a simple repeated action could be added in a future version, as I did not know I was limited in the aspect on photoshop, so basically what i'm left with is a project that now has to be done manually 400+ times.

Maybe Adobe Support help that I got was wrong, maybe they're right. If anyone else has had a remotely similar scenario let me know. Thanks.
