Adobe personal account switched to Enterprise - LR images lost.

Hello all. Somewhat of a "unique" problem here...
I had a personal CC account and my photos were all on albums on LR. My employer transitioned my account to a work/enterprise account with the same login. We enabled SSO, etc. Now all of that is fine and the program works, but I no longer have access to all of my LR photos. I can still access my previous personal account, but it says I need to resubscribe to get access .

I have not logged out/in on my iPad, so when I pull up LR there, I still have all of my previous photos.

I've contacted Abobe support and they're not much help. I figured I'd reach out to anyone out there that might have an answer. While I do have a majority of my photos still on SD cards, I'm quite certain that there'll be those that were "lost in the shuffle."

Any help would be, of course, greatly appreciated.

Checking the email with which you've registered with this forum, I find two cancelled accounts and no active accounts. Your account may be under a different email however.

Enterprise license do not, by default have "services" meaning they are not provisioned for data storage.  You would need to check with your administrator to see if they purchased services in conjunction with your new account.  If so, then we will need to review your account. If not, then you would need to enable services in order to gain access to online assets.

If the license change is recent - you would still have the opportunity to use the Adobe Downloader to retrieve your assets. See:

Ok, I have downloaded the Lightroom downloader and it has found the files and is downloading them. No telling how long it'll take to download 18K files, but I'll start the process now.

Thank you.
