Photoshop: Redeem code not accepted

Adobe claims to be ALL about helping its customers. I find that to be untrue. I have a code to redeem Photoshop and Lightroom. The problem is, the Adobe site will not accept the code. Adobe should also be reported to the FCC and Consumer Protection Agency for Internet fraud. I spent 20 minutes trying to get in "contact" with Adobe and only got ran around in a loop. There is no "contact us" with Adobe.

Hi Marvin,

Did you go here to chat with an agent?

This document has trouble shooting steps:

At the bottom there are some specific suggestions:

My code is invalid. What’s going on?

Try these solutions:

Make sure that you typed the code correctly. Redemption codes contain both letters and numbers. It’s easy to confuse some numbers and letters, such as zero and one with the letters "0" and "I."

Make sure that you're entering the code at the correct redemption site. You could have entered the redemption code for a purchased product instead of for a membership, or for a membership instead of for a purchased product. Be sure that you enter the code at the redemption site noted on your insert, card, or e-mail.

Make sure that the code you are entering is a redemption code and not some other type of code. Other codes—such as a numeric UPC code on your insert, card, or e-mail—are not your redemption code.

I can have someone contact you directly to help with your redeem code.
