Adobe LRcc will not play video in slideshow if I add MP3 music.

I have created slideshows in the past with music by adding mp3 files without problems.

Recently the addition of mp3 files causes the slideshow to show the video files as a single slide, the video will not play correctly.  If i delete the music the video plays normally.  No matter what Mp3 file I choose the problem is the same.

When I eliminate music from the slideshow the videos play properly as videos and not a single slide. I have no idea why this problem developed suddenly without apparent cause.

I have reinstalled LRcc and that did not solve the problem.

I hope you can help me with this problem.  Thanks.

A Preference File will survive a Lightroom uninstall/reinstall. Sometimes weird behavior is corrected/cured by resetting the preferences.

Reset Procedure:

1. Close Lightroom.
2. Hold down [Alt/Opt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.
3. Overwrite the Preferences when prompted by the dialog.
4. Close Lightroom.
5. Restart Lightroom.

Does the behavior continue after resetting the preferences?
