How can I find a support phone number?

I cannot seem to get a hold of a representative. My Creative Cloud will not update, and my apps all need to be updated. The desktop will not let me uninstall the apps. Trying to find a phone number to talk to an actual human being is next to impossible- try it for yourself. Perhaps someone could contact me? I really need help with the service I am paying for. This is the third or fourth issue I have had with Adobe, and the premium subscription service is looking less and less attractive since it seems to always prevent me from doing my professional work.

I have an idea- Adobe can try to figure out what application issues I have by using the flow chart of FAQs when it comes to rectifying an issue. I know I do not speak for all subscribers, but narrowing down my problems through your gauntlet of questions, roll-out menus, and posted solutions is the best of intentions, but often confusing and even more time consuming. How about a clearly posted 1-800 number?! I call you, you simply ask me what issue I am having, connect me with someone who can help, and presto! I am on the way to solving any issue might be preventing me from being productive!

There are tool free numbers listed on the adobe site (or easily discoverable via google search) for Customer Support (licensing, purchase, activation) as well as Technical Support (problems using the application).

Go to what site, and who told you that support cost that much? It sounds like you may have called for some scam site...
