Something is wrong with your system's network configuration, or your system libraries. Right now, the OS is telling Photoshop that you have no IP address - which means you aren't on a network.

I have no problems connection to networks at all, and didn't modify any network drivers. But is there a procedure i can follow to check if everything is ok?

Something is wrong with your network connection, because your OS is telling Photoshop that you have no IP address (which is needed to interact with the rest of the network).

I had the same problem recently in Adobe Photoshop CC 2015. IPv4 Address showed as "Address Not Available". I'm on WiFi and forgetting the network and reconnecting worked for me.
